Your personal nutrition program has been scientifically designed by doctors and nutritionists to give you step by step guidelines to making long term changes in your eating habits and to provide a balance of nutrients to fuel your body for optimal health and performance. If you follow the program you will lose excess body fat, feel better, look better and have more energy and decrease your risks for disease.

According to research by the National Weight Control Registry, 95% of the people who
lose weight on conventional diet programs will eventually regain it all and often even more.

Second, much of the weight you lose from very low calorie dieting is lean body mass, not fat. This leaves the person looking unhealthy and unattractive from lose of lean muscle. Maintaining muscle is key to keeping metabolism and fat burning at optimal levels.

Consequences of very low calorie diets include:
  • Increase appetite
  • Decrease metabolism
  • Loss of lean tissue
  • Reduced thyroid function
  • Increased chances of weight regain
  • Decreased energy and work capacity
  • Increased cortisol levels
  • Lower testosterone levels

eating patterns that you cannot live with for long term success! You can achieve weight
loss and positive body composition changes through this program. You will be following a balanced and healthy eating program which you will learn to incorporate into your lifestyle for lasting results.

LIFELONG NUTRITION customizes each patient’s nutritional program based on their
specific muscle mass and including anaerobic and aerobic exercises, we can now provide
a sliding scale of carbohydrates, fats and protein into the meal plan. We use a proprietary metabolic analyzer and special software to provide custom meal plans which are based on the patient’s sex, height, weight, age, lean muscle mass and activity level.

To “jump-start” this LIFELONG NUTRITION program we suggest incorporating a 3-week purification program. The Standard Process Purification Program stimulates specific detoxification organs in the body-the liver, kidneys, and intestines. With help from these organs, your toxic load will decrease, and your body will concentrate its energy on purification and weight reduction. This will help you achieve optimal health by cleansing the body from the inside out.

Just imagine your body is a factory that is working 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It needs a break! It needs help to clear out the mess, to sweep out the factory, to clean up the “machinery.” That is what the Purification Program does. For 21 days at a time we simplify your food intake to give your body a break. We support your body with whole food concentrates and herbs to help your body clear out toxins and improve the function of organs so they can do a better job for you the rest of the year.

Changing old habits is hard work. But your personal nutrition program makes it easy to
follow a healthy eating pattern while giving you the freedom to make your own food choices.

Following the Purification Program we will concentrate each week with specific foods and
you will leave with specific guidelines of what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and so on. Most of the time, we will concentrate on the quality of food or combining specific foods to balance your blood sugar.

Our program will group similar foods together so you can understand the difference

between carbohydrates, protein, fats, fiber rich foods and food sources high in antioxidants, phytochemicals or what we call functional foods that have been proven to decrease or often reverse diseases. By learning some of the foods and food portion sizes this will assure that you are taking in the correct amounts of high quality foods to satisfy your metabolism.

Keep in mind that America has genetically modified our food and on an agricultural and manufacturing level make it more profitable and often less healthy. In reality much of your health issues are as a result of our food here in America. Nowhere else in the world do we see the obesity and health problems that we see here. So remember, it’s not your fault entirely.
